Can I see candidate details along with their profiles?

Yes, you can! We know the recruitment process can be long and tedious, so Talentmandi does everything in its power to keep it simple and straightforward. If you like a candidate's profile, you have all the details available to just give them a call and get things moving!

Will Talentmandi curate profiles before sending them to me?

No, Talentmandi will enable you to source a large number of candidates with ease, but will not directly interact with your candidates in any way.

What assessments can the candidates take?

We have a wide range of technical and behavioural assessments to give you more insights about a candidate before you meet them. You'll be able to look through the various assessments as soon as candidates apply for the jobs you have posted.
